Calah was awarded the Super Lion of the Month in her class for friendship. There is a new girl in her class who is shy and doesn't speak English. Calah has included her at recess and lunchtime to help her make friends. What a heart of compassion! I am proud of her choices.

That really is awesome Amy (and Matt). For her to be awarded on her behavior the first 2 months of school in a row shows her outstanding character and that her light is shining for others to clearly see. Kudos to the parents for doing a good job!
